ClassParties.com is designed to collect only the data needed to run class birthday planning.
What We Collect
- Email addresses for sign-in and class invitations
- Display names (for example, parent/guardian name)
- Class names
- Children's first names
- Children's birth months
- IP addresses temporarily for rate limiting
What We Use It For
- Creating and managing class membership
- Generating party groupings by birth month
- Sending invite emails when requested
- Protecting the service from abuse
Authentication and Sessions
We use one-time email codes to sign in and an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in.
What We Don't Collect
- No child surnames are required
- No analytics or ad tracking
- No public class directory
Data Retention
You can delete children and classes in the app. Deleted classes and children can be restored for 7 days, then are permanently removed.
